Rehabilitation Dog Kennel
Unique method of mutual rehabilitation between the student and the dog. The program involves about 25 students and 12 dogs.

involving about 60 students: music that includes choir and band, dance group, theater, plastic arts, DJ

Cycling team
The group includes about 25 students in an activity that takes place twice a week and even on weekends. This program empowers the students and helps develop in them a sense of their own ability along with love of the homeland and knowledge of its ways.

Radio broadcasting studio
Internet radio that operates by the students who undergo training and instruction in various positions. The station is operated by 12 students that produce and broadcast programs and podcast in various topic

Queen of the Village
An activity dedicated for the village girls in collaboration with the women of the community, deals with the development of leadership ability, identifying strengths and bringing them to fruition, shaping a female identity and empowering the individual. 12 girls participate in the program.

Renovation of a living room for leisure activities in the student residences
Renovation including kitchen replacement, air conditioning, aluminum, flooring.

Remarks: In the last 3 years we renovated 9 out of 16 living rooms. For the Naale students, who stay in the village 365 days a year including Saturdays and holidays, these clubs are especially important as they hold many group activities there that contribute to the sense of family that they lack so much.
Landscape of complexes throughout the boarding school and high school
Recovering of mistreated outdoor areas and turning them into activity spaces for the village students, whether holding an alternative lesson or for leisure activities in the open air. During the corona epidemic, the immediate need to create outdoor areas became clear in order to obtain approval for any type of group activity. Looking back the two years since then we have seen the therapeutic value that these complexes have for both the students and the educational staff

Where Therapy Meets Flavor
Creating a workshop for cooking and baking studies along with instilling healthy eating habits.
It is important to note that the village students eat all their meals in the dining room and most of them will finish their studies in the village without this program without the basic ability to prepare a meal for themselves. We wish to develop competence and independence in the students along with the acquisition of therapeutic values from the very process of cooking and using food as a connecting factor.

Renovation and maintenance of the athletics stadium infrastructure are essential
The athletics stadium was constructed in the 1990s, the stadium has become a crucial activity center for the village’s students, especially for those training professionally to achieve excellence in various sports and participate in national and international competitions. Ongoing maintenance is required to keep the facility in good condition for the benefit of all users.

Renovation of the ‘Almagor’ boarding school building
A two-story building with 44-52 students. The building requires a comprehensive renovation of the infrastructure, concrete reinforcement, renewal of electrical and plumbing systems, safety systems, interior design -Including equipping with new furniture and landscaping development.

Renovation of the Dekel \ Alon boarding school building
A one-story building with 20 students. The building requires a comprehensive renovation of the infrastructure, concrete reinforcement, renewal of electrical and plumbing systems, interior design and safety systems.

The Technology Center
For the past 5 years, the high school workshop complex has been undergoing a transformation process both in the technological subjects (from garages to automotive mechanics studies to Makers workshops in the mechanics and robotics subjects, a modern laboratory and classes for new majors – information and data, communication and cinema and more) And in changing the perception and accessibility of innovative and electronic learning spaces to all curricula. The complex is used by most of the students in the village during all hours of the day

The cost of completing the development of the entire center – 930,000 $

The dining room – completion of the renovation
The dining room is the main building and has the most noticeable effect on the well-being of 450 students who eat in it 3 times a day. Its appearance and equipment usability are of great importance: replacing the furniture, serving and cooking equipment (baking ovens, industrial pots and pans, food heaters, refrigerated food stands, all of them are outdated and consume electricity).

Renovation of the Buckelman Hall
The building serves as a training center and enrichment programs for all village students and education staff. The activities that take place there are many and varied: dance classes, DJs, theater and orchestra alongside pedagogical meetings, tutorials and seminars, educational staff of the village and the Ministry of Education, committees and more. A thorough renovation is needed, which includes concrete restoration, aluminum replacement, new flooring and cladding, a new electrical system, and landscaping development.

The Center for Research and Development of Precision Agriculture
Expanding the range of agricultural activities in which we operate and adapting them to working methods and monitoring using advanced technologies. In addition to the educational activity, a business activity will be opened in the place, both by selling agricultural produce and by holding study programs for other schools, which will help the development of the enterprise and its financial self-sustainability

The Emek Hefer Foundation will be responsible for managing the project and the educational content

This project is a strategically important project for the future development of the village.
