About Hadassah Neurim Youth Village

On a magical cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea rests Hadassah Neurim Youth Village, a unique educational village that includes a boarding school, a high school and a two-year college. The village was founded in 1948 by Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc. and the Jewish Agency and is managed as Non-Governmental Organization.

Hadassah Neurim Youth Village is an educational community that provides a supportive, loving home for students and teachers. A professional dedicated team provides personal care to each student. The aim is to provide each and every child a chance to believe in him or her self, strengthen their inner competence and sense of belonging, and overcome all gaps and barriers derived from childhood hardships.

High School Subjects:

• Cyber and Robotics – collaborating with FIRST International Robotics Competition • Environment and Biology – collaborating with Ruppin Academic Center • Physical Education including light athletics, surfing and soccer – granting professional training certificates • Auto Tech – advanced computer diagnostics for cars • Business Management • Literature and the Russian Language


Hadassah Neurim’s technological college includes 13th and 14th grades for pupils 18–20 years old in Electronics, Energy Management, Software Engineering, Auto Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering. Students graduate with practical engineering certificates and often leverage this knowledge and experience in their military service.

Hadassah Neurim Youth Village includes a learning center with professional tutors who volunteer daily during afternoon and evening hours to individually assist pupils in homework preparation and learning towards matriculation exams.

The boarding school provides emotional support with psychologists and social workers to all students in need.

In the village we have a variety of social activities such as intramural athletics, surfing, a three-day survival and leadership journey led by Siemens, therapeutic dog kennel, organic agricultural beds, hi-tech experience program with Dell EMC, bicycle riding group, photography, theater, music and more.
